The TECO E510s Variable Speed Drive, available in both IP20 and IP66 enclosure options, delivers advanced motor control for a wide range of industrial applications.
Featuring two control modes, V/F Control and Vector Control, the former enables precise speed regulation, while the latter delivers accuracy and responsiveness for demanding applications.
Starting torque performance is a key strength of the E510s, delivering 150% at 3Hz in V/F Control mode and 150% at 1Hz in Vector Control mode. This ensures superior motor performance and enhanced operational efficiency.
Safety is prioritised through the inclusion of Fire Override Mode and Safety Stop functionality. The IP66/NEMA 4 version further enhances protection with remarkable waterproofing and dustproofing capabilities.
The E510s also come equipped with a built-in Modbus RTU communication via an RJ45 port. It also includes PLC and PID functions as standard, supporting advanced automation and process control. The Parameter Lock Function helps maintain system integrity by preventing unauthorised access.
User interaction is further simplified through an LCD keypad. It provides an intuitive interface for easy monitoring and adjustments of parameters.
The E510s is available in power ranges from 0.4 – 2.2kW (1-phase input / 3-phase output) and 0.75 – 18.5kW (3-phase input / 3-phase output), offering flexibility for a wide variety of applications.
