Advanced Current Vector Control A510s

The Advanced Current Vector Control (A510s) series delivers high-performance motor control for a range of demanding industrial applications. Available in IP20 and IP00 configurations, the A510s range is designed to suit everything from standalone installations to custom-built integrations.

Powered by a dual-core processor featuring a 32-bit MCU (Microcontroller Unit) and ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit), the A510s provides advanced current vector control with highly accurate control of speed, torque, and position management.

The IP00 version features an open-frame design suited for installations requiring custom-built enclosures or integrated circuits, providing engineers with greater flexibility to optimise cooling and layout configurations. Alternatively, the IP20 version is suitable for general industrial applications with a built-in filter up to 45kW, promising better performance whilst minimising electrical interference.

Supporting four-quadrant control with an unmatched starting torque of 200% at 0.5Hz, the drive is ideal for use within heavy-duty applications. Built-in Modbus RTU communication via RJ45 enables seamless integration with existing automation and control systems.
